Put ALL to Sta (after dex/str) At lvl 37, it should be 25dex, 32str, 61sta. Some Knights are pure sta but I think that is a bad idea.

I do believe the 2-handed axe is the best AoE of choice for a Knight. I've seen guardian big swords go for as low as 5M, the other weapons aren't much more expensive.
