WebThe District Plan is the main document that sets the rules for managing land use and development within our city. Council has voted to focus on making the necessary changes to the District Plan to include these requirements. WebThe purpose and need are consistent with the LRMP General Recreation Standards and Guidelines. The part of the site that is within HCC’s jurisdiction is within the General Recreation Activity Area of the City of Lower Hutt District Plan. All distributions under the General Recreation Funding pool will have the same eligibility criteria.
