The property sold for an amount largely covered by the residence nil rate band. Valuations were done in August 2024, but it wasn't on the market until July 2024. WebbNeil and the team have been great. After reading online about house purchases taking forever due to slow solicitors, I was worried but this wasn't the case here. All my queries were answered promptly, even WAY outside business hours - just goes to show there are hard working conveyancers out there and Bradley Morrell are in that rare group :)
